Do you charge a fuel surcharge ?

Yes. Based on a national average, for every 10 cents the gas price raises per gallon, a half percent surcharge is added. For example, a $1.11 per gallon gas price leads to a 4.00% surcharge, totaling $1.20. A $2.61 per gallon gas price leads to an 11.5% surcharge, totaling $2.70. A $4.31 per gallon gas price leads to a 20% surcharge, totaling $4.40.
